Distillery Information

Old Forester has been making bourbon in Louisville, Kentucky since 1870, when founder George Garvin Brown became the first person to sell bourbon exclusively in sealed glass bottles rather than by the barrel. It's still made at the company's own distillery in Louisville and matured on site.

Old Forester's Single Barrel program gives individuals and groups the chance to select and personalise their own barrel straight from the rickhouse. This bottle is one such selection, picked and bottled specifically for the Reyes & Brown Family Partnership.
