Refund policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately a refund , credit note, or exchange will not be offered.
For breakages, lost items or incorrect items, Bourbon Brothers will replace your product, where it can't do so it will provide you a refund
For return of items within the 30 day grace period, for any reason other than breakages, lost items or incorrect items, Bourbon Brothers will provide you a. credit note of the same value.
To be eligible for a refund/credit note, all items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it in. Once you communicate your wish for a return, we may request the item to be sent back to us for inspection. If this is the case, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you do receive a refund, credit note, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once your return item/s are received, an email will be sent to notify you. After inspection and approval or rejection of the refund, you will again be notified via email. If approved, your item will be refunded, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note, sale items cannot be refunded. If the item is a gift, and was not purchased by yourself, a credit will be applied to your account to the value of your return. If you do not have an account you will need to create one, or we can refund the item to the gift giverÂ
Late or missing refunds
If you request a refund, and it has not shown up within a valid period, please follow the below steps
- Check your bank statement again, refunds can take up to 5 business days to be processed by your bank
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as refunds can take a bit of time before they are posted

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning an item via shipping please note that depending on where you live, the time taken to return the item to us may vary. If you are shipping an item of significant value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the item is not received, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund on the item
