Small batch, cask strength, and only 1622 bottles made. Old Louisville Batch 2 comes from the Old Louisville Whiskey Co, a family-run outfit out of the historic Old Louisville neighbourhood. It's a 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley mash bill, aged in Colombian oak and bottled uncut at 48%. That higher rye content gives it more spice than your standard bourbon, with plenty of caramel and vanilla underneath to balance it out.

Each barrel is stored in very humid cellars to help draw out the flavours. They use only premium spirit and age their whiskey for 7- 10 years before bottling it by hand.
