Tequila Ocho is a single-estate, vintage-dated, additive-free tequila from the Highlands of Jalisco, co-founded in 2008 by master distiller Carlos Camarena and the late tequila ambassador Tomás Estes. Every bottle identifies the specific rañcho (agave estate) and harvest year, making Ocho the most transparently terroir-driven tequila in the denomination. The range covers Plata, Reposado, Añejo, and Extra Añejo — all 100% Blue Weber Highland agave, double-distilled in copper pot stills, with zero additives.
