Distillery Information

Sortilège comes out of Quebec, built on a recipe that traces back to the settlers of New France, who flavoured eau-de-vie with maple syrup as a way of making it their own. The modern liqueur blends Canadian whisky with genuine Quebec maple syrup, produced by Mondia Alliance Wine and Spirits in Montreal. The Maple Cream expression takes that same base and folds in fresh dairy cream for a richer, more indulgent pour.
