Sortilège Pomme uses the same Canadian whisky and Quebec maple syrup as the original Sortilège liqueur, and adds the flavour of McIntosh apple, the crunchy red variety grown close to home. It's part of a Quebec tradition going back to the settlers of New France, who flavoured eau-de-vie with maple syrup long before it became a bottled liqueur.
