Nose - Baking spice up front, with cinnamon, clove, and a touch of orange peel. Caramel and oak sit underneath with a soft sweetness rounding it out.

Palate - Bright rye spice leads, with cinnamon and pepper carrying through. Caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak balance things out, with a hint of dried fruit and dark chocolate building in the background.

Finish - Medium length. Warming rye spice and oak fade slowly with a clean, slightly peppery close.
