From the heart of Sonoma County, Redwood Empire Emerald Giant Rye Whiskey captures the bold, untamed spirit of California’s whiskey frontier. Named after one of the fastest-growing redwood trees on earth, Emerald Giant is a straight rye whiskey aged a minimum of four years and bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof), vibrant, spicy, and beautifully balanced.
Crafted from a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley, this whiskey delivers a striking flavour profile. Aroma:toasted rye bread, citrus peel, and soft herbal notes. Palate: bold layers of cinnamon, clove, caramel, and orange zest, wrapped in a smooth, honeyed texture. Finish: lingering spice with hints of vanilla and pepper that invite another sip.
