Tasting Notes

Nose: Bold rye spice – cinnamon, black pepper, and dried herbs – with vanilla and caramel underneath. The high proof comes through on the nose but doesn't overpower.

Palate: Full and rich. Rye bread, cracked pepper, and oak up front, with toffee and a bit of dried fruit in the middle. The cask strength gives it real weight and intensity that standard-proof ryes just can't match. A few drops of water open it up nicely if you want to take the heat down a notch.

Finish: Long and warming. Spice and oak linger, with a clean, dry rye kick that doesn't let go quickly.
