Overview
Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey · 700ml

Knob Creek is the bourbon Booker Noe made for people who wanted more flavour in the glass. Nine years in the barrel and bottled at 100 proof, it’s a full-flavoured pour that punches well above its price. Expect vanilla, caramel and plenty of oak, with a peppery kick and a warm, lingering finish. If you’re moving past the standard Knob Creek bottles, this is the obvious next stop.

Distillery Information

Knob Creek launched in 1992 as part of Jim Beam’s Small Batch Bourbon Collection, alongside Booker’s, Baker’s and Basil Hayden’s. Booker Noe created it to bring back the full-flavoured, well-aged style of bourbon from before Prohibition. It’s named after Knob Creek Farm near the distillery in Clermont, Kentucky. The 9 year age statement came off the label in 2016 when stocks ran low, then returned in 2020.
