Distillery Information

Jim Beam has been distilling in Clermont, Kentucky since Jacob Beam sold his first barrel in 1795. Signature Craft 12 Year Old landed in 2013 under seventh-generation master distiller Fred Noe, built to show what extra time in the barrel can do for the classic Beam recipe. It's since been pulled from production as aged stock ran low, making it a proper find for anyone still chasing a bottle.
