Jack Daniel's Distillery has been operating in Lynchburg, Tennessee since 1866, making it the oldest registered distillery in the US. Every drop still goes through the Lincoln County Process, mellowed drop by drop through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal before it sees a barrel. Tennessee Fire takes that same base whiskey and blends in a cinnamon liqueur, sitting alongside Honey, Apple and Blackberry in the Jack Daniel's flavoured range.
