Distillery Information

The Jack Daniel Distillery has been running in Lynchburg, Tennessee, since 1866, making it the oldest registered distillery in the US. Every drop still goes through the Lincoln County Process, mellowed drop by drop through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal before it ever sees a barrel. Tennessee Honey takes that same base whiskey and blends in a proprietary honey liqueur, launched in 2011 as one of the first releases in Jack's flavoured range, which has since grown to include Fire, Apple and Blackberry.
