A masterpiece of innovation, it’s crafted from a unique combination of high-roast “chocolate” malted barley, unusual in Scotch whisky, and some of Glenmorangie’s oldest stocks, including spirit aged over 30 years. Tasting Notes

Nose: Rich and inviting ,dark chocolate, espresso, and roasted coffee beans lead, followed by waves of dried fruit (raisins, figs, orange peel), vanilla cream, and a hint of cinnamon spice. Subtle floral notes emerge with time in the glass.

Palate: Luxuriously full-bodied. Intense dark chocolate and mocha up front, giving way to stewed plum, toffee, and toasted oak. The chocolate malt character is unmistakably bold yet refined, with a warming spice undercurrent of clove and nutmeg.

Finish: Long, warming, and deeply satisfying. Lingering notes of bitter chocolate, roasted espresso, and a gentle sweetness of vanilla and dried fruit. Exceptionally smooth for its depth.

Overall: A bold departure from the classic Highland profile, more coffee house than heather hill. Signet is opulent, complex, and endlessly rewarding.
