Nose of cinnamon, honey and caramel with oak and white pepper; full-bodied palate of rye, leather, caramel and pecans, finishing warm with brown sugar and vanilla.
1792 Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon - 49.3% ABV - 700ML
Hand-selected from single barrels deemed "exceptional" by the distillery's tasters. Aroma of sherry and dried fruit; palate of bold caramel and maple laced with mocha, clove and cayenne, backed by oak and vanilla. Mash bill: 75% corn, 15% rye, 10% barley.
Ancient Age Kentucky Straight Bourbon - 40% ABV - 1 LTR
The approachable, everyday classic of the trio. Aromas and flavours of corn, caramel, toffee and vanilla with a hint of spice, finishing with lingering toffee and citrus notes.
