Distillery Information

Jefferson's was started back in 1997 by Trey Zoeller and his father Chet, built around sourcing and blending rather than distilling from scratch. These days some of the bourbon comes from Kentucky Artisan Distillery, part-owned by Jefferson's parent company, blended alongside sourced barrels to keep the Very Small Batch profile consistent release after release.
