Tasting Notes

NOSE - Fresh and inviting. Cold brew coffee leads - roasted, slightly sweet, and clean - with vanilla, caramel, and a hint of toasted oak underneath. The whiskey lifts it with a gentle cereal note and light dried fruit.

PALATE -Smooth and medium-bodied. Mocha and dark chocolate upfront, layered with caramel sweetness and the classic Jameson vanilla and toasted grain. A touch of pot-still spice comes through on the mid-palate, keeping it from becoming one-dimensional. Well-integrated - the coffee and whiskey feel like they belong together.

FINISH - Medium length, clean, and lightly sweet. Lingering notes of roasted coffee and vanilla, with a soft, warming whiskey fade. Doesn't overstay its welcome.

The whiskey foundation is Jameson - triple distilled at Midleton Distillery in County Cork by Irish Distillers, a subsidiary of Pernod Ricard and the producer behind most of Ireland's major whiskey brands. Midleton is one of the most technically advanced distilleries in the world, capable of producing a remarkable range of styles from a single site.

The cold brew coffee is sourced from specialty roasters and cold-steeped before being blended with the whiskey.
