Aged between 4 and 15 years, The High West Prisoner's boasts a rich and complex flavour profile. On the palate, notes of sweetly preserved raspberries, aged mahogany, and pepper are prominent, with a vintage French oak splendour and a hint of succulent wine. This rare and collectible whiskey is composed of an undisclosed mash bill and is highly coveted.

Tasting Notes

NOSE :
Cherry Blossom, pomegranate, macerated prunes, dried violets, ginger beer, dark mead, toasted cedar chips

PALATE :
Honey-roasted figs, apricot jam on grilled brioche, black pepper, coconut pound cake, French oak spice, caramel drizzled over blood orange slices

FINISH :
The finish is long and satisfying, leaving behind flavours of cinnamon, nutmeg, and a hint of smoky char.
