Distillery Information

Tequila Ocho is produced at La Alteña Distillery (NOM 1139) and was created through the collaboration of legendary master distiller Carlos Camarena and tequila ambassador Tommy Gomez.

La Alteña is located in Arandas in Los Altos (the Highlands), a region known for producing tequilas with bright agave sweetness and floral aromatics.

Ocho was one of the first tequila brands to emphasise single-field agave sourcing, similar to the vineyard concept in wine.

How to enjoy

Best enjoyed neat in a stemmed glass to appreciate its aromatics and terroir expression. Also excellent in a Tommy’s Margarita, where its bright agave character shines.
