Tequila Blanco, Plata or Silver - no matter what they call it is the ultimate way to experience tequila. Blanco tequila is where the agave speaks for itself. Unaged (or barely rested), it captures the plant at its most vibrant, bright, peppery, citrus-driven, and unmistakably terroir-specific. No oak to soften the edges, just the raw character of the agave and the hand of the distiller.
Blanco means "white" in Spanish (also labelled "Plata" or "Silver"). By law, it can be bottled immediately after distillation or rested up to 60 days, typically in stainless steel. The result is a spirit built for purists, ideal in a margarita, unbeatable neat, and the clearest window into how region, soil, and production method shape a tequila's flavour.

Four carefully selected 50ml bottles from our premium Blanco range, each showcasing a different approach to raw agave expression. Set out below is an example, but expressions will vary to give more tasting opportunities.
- Código 1530 Blanco – Bottled immediately after distillation with no rest at all; bright and mineral, with cracked pepper, lime zest, and cooked agave
- Herradura Plata – Briefly rested in American oak before bottling; crisp roasted agave with soft cedar, honey, and a clean citrus lift
