Tasting Notes

NOSE: Inviting and warm with aromas of vanilla, caramel, clove, and buttered toffee. Hints of dried apple, banana peel, and light spice from the triple cask influence.

PALATE: Smooth and approachable. Notes of butterscotch, dried fruit, oak, and light sherry sweetness from the Oloroso casks. The virgin oak adds a touch of peppery spice, while the seasoned barrels bring depth and balance.

FINISH Medium-length and gently drying. Flavours of toasted oak, sweet spice, and af dark fruit.
