Each selection is driven by quality, rarity or value — private barrel picks, hard-to-find releases, and bottles that rarely make it to Australian retail shelves.

Your welcome pack includes an original Glencairn tasting glass, detailed tasting notes and a guide to get the most out of your membership. From month two onwards, you receive your bottle, tasting notes, and the ability to upgrade to the Deluxe option, skip a month, or cancel anytime before the 10th. Subscribers also get 5% off all full bottles and 10% off gifts and barware across the store.

Penelope Bourbon's Private Select returns for 2025 carrying a full decade of age. Hand-selected from the Estate Collection's oldest barrel stocks, bottled at barrel proof (106.8 proof / 53.4% ABV), non-chill filtered, and built on Penelope's four-grain mash bill: 74% corn, 20% rye, 5% malted barley, 1% wheat. Gold medals at the 2025 ASCOT Awards and 2025 SIP Awards. A different blend every year — this is the 2025 edition.

Weller 12 is one of the most sought-after wheated bourbons in the world. Distilled at Buffalo Trace using wheat as the secondary grain — sharing the same mash bill DNA as the Pappy Van Winkle range.
