Arette Reposado Tequila
700ml | 38 % ABV | Highlands, Jalisco
Arette Reposado demonstrates exactly how oak should be used in tequila — gently, sparingly, and always in service of the agave. Rested for several months in oak, this expression gains warmth and texture while remaining firmly agave-led.
It’s balanced, composed, and extremely versatile, whether you’re sipping neat or easing a whisky drinker into aged tequila.
Production Process
This reposado builds complexity through controlled fermentation and careful resting.
- Highland Blue Weber agave
- Brick oven cooking
- Roller mill extraction
- Natural fermentation in open-air tanks using cultivated yeast, developing soft fruit and floral notes
- Double distilled in copper pot stills
- Rested for several months in American oak barrels, adding subtle vanilla and spice
- Aged in American White Oak barrels for 5 months
- Bottled additive-free
Why We Love It
This drinks like a well-balanced small batch bourbon , oak present, never dominant, and always in control.
Best sipped neat over ice.
