Pasote Blanco

About this bottle
Pasote Blanco is a highland tequila made the old way and the hard way, because that is the only way Felipe Camarena knows. Crafted at El Pandillo in Jesus Maria, Jalisco, using rainwater, stone tahonas, and slow copper distillation, every drop is unhurried and honest. The blanco is bright, mineral, and unapologetically agave-forward, with the kind of clean finish that invites another round. It is the bottle you open when good people show up. Pasote means "badass" and one sip tells you why. No shortcuts, no additives, no apologies. Just highland agave, done right.

What to expect
Felipe Camarena is a third-generation tequilero who built El Pandillo himself. He engineered his own mills (named Frankenstein and Igor), captures rainwater for every batch, composts agave fibres back into the fields, and roasts pinas slow in traditional masonry ovens. No diffusers, no additives, no shortcuts. El Pandillo is one of the most admired small distilleries in the highlands, and Pasote is Felipe's love letter to the craft.
