Made at the Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg, this one is built from barrels hand-picked for deeper colour and richer flavour, then aged and bottled to meet every rule of the 1897 Bottled-in-Bond Act. Bottled at 50% ABV, it's bold and oak-forward, with caramel and spice running right through it. A proper step up from Old No. 7, without straying from the house style.

Provenance

Jack Daniel Distillery has been running out of Lynchburg, Tennessee since 1866, and it's the oldest registered distillery in the country. Every drop is filtered through sugar maple charcoal before it goes into the barrel — the process that makes Tennessee whiskey what it is. Bonded is built from barrels hand-selected for deeper colour and flavour, then aged the way the Bottled-in-Bond Act demands: one distillery, one season, at least four years, bottled at 100 proof.
