The High West Barrell Craft is a blend of straight bourbon whiskeys finished in toasted American oak & Barbados rum casks.
Different mashbills were aged in both toasted American oak barrels and Barbados rum casks to create, Barrell Craft . The toasted oak brings notes of dark chocolate, cherry and caramel, while the rum casks bring notes of tropical fruit and nuttiness. The complementary balance created through the blending of bourbons finished in these casks creates an elegant blend matched only by its complexity.
