Nose: Fresh cinnamon and black pepper up front, with baked apple, a bit of citrus zest, and some vanilla sweetness underneath. Clean and inviting.

Palate: Bold and spicy – rye bread, cocoa, cardamom, and a touch of butterscotch. The sweetness hits first, then the spice takes over toward the back. Classic rye character, well-balanced and easy to follow.

Finish: Medium length, with baking spices, spearmint, clove, and a lingering rye kick. Satisfying and clean.
