Michter's US*1 Kentucky Straight Rye is built from select American rye grain that's sheared to pull as much flavour out of it as possible. Every bottle comes from a single barrel, no blending across barrels to smooth things out, which means what's in the glass is exactly what that one barrel gave up. It's matured in fire-charred new American white oak and bottled at 42.4% ABV, an easy proof point that still delivers proper rye spice.

Michter's has been serious about rye since the earliest days of the distillery, and it shows. It's got the spice you want from a rye without leaning aggressively into it, which makes it just as good neat as it is in a Manhattan.
