Michter's US*1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon is what happens when a distillery refuses to cut corners on "small batch." Each batch is capped at 20 barrels, so there's no room to blend out a bad one. It's made from a carefully selected corn mash bill, matured in fire-charred new American white oak, and bottled at a solid 45.7% ABV.
