Heaven Hill has been running out of Bardstown and Louisville, Kentucky since 1935, and is still owned and run by the Shapira family. Evan Williams Apple takes that same 78% corn, 10% rye, 12% malted barley mash bill used across the core range and blends in a crisp green apple flavor for something lighter and easier drinking.
