Tasting Notes

Nose: Intensely aromatic. Dried tropical fruit, Medjool dates, and fig jam open first, followed by warm baking spices, toasted oak, and a distinctive mineral salinity that reflects the Dead Sea environment. A touch of dark chocolate and dried orange peel develops with time.

Palate: Bold and layered at cask strength. Rich caramel and toffee are underpinned by cracked black pepper, cinnamon, and a savoury mineral quality unique to this expression. The accelerated maturation delivers an oak influence well beyond what the age of the spirit might suggest, with dried fruit and dark sugar weaving through the mid-palate.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering spice, mineral salinity, and a gentle sweetness of vanilla and dried fruit. The finish evolves slowly and rewards patience.
