Distillery Information

High West Distillery in Park City, Utah made its name blending sourced and in-house whiskeys into something more interesting than any single barrel. High West Bourbon carries on that tradition, built from a blend of straight bourbons rather than one mash bill or source.

It was originally sold as American Prairie Bourbon before being rebranded to simply High West Bourbon. The company says the blend behind the label hasn't changed, just the name.
