Distillery Information

Dalmore Distillery sits on the banks of the Cromarty Firth in Alness, Highland, Scotland, producing single malt since 1839. Owned by Whyte and Mackay, known for its flat-topped spirit stills and long-standing use of premium casks in maturation.

The port pipes come from W&J Graham in Portugal's Douro Valley. Port Wood Reserve uses those pipes at the finish stage, after initial maturation in American white oak.
