Distillery Information

Four Roses Distillery sits in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, in a Spanish Mission-style building that has been producing bourbon since the 1800s. It's one of the few Kentucky distilleries that uses multiple mash bills and multiple proprietary yeast strains: two mash bills, five yeasts, ten possible recipe combinations. The Single Barrel release is built on the OBSV recipe, one of the ten, prized for its balance of rye spice and rich fruit.

Master Distiller Brent Elliott oversees production and has continued to build on a reputation that now includes some of the most awarded bourbons in the world.
