Crafted under the guidance of Master Blender John Rhea, a 40-year veteran of Kentucky bourbon, The Wiseman balances tradition with accessibility while maintaining the quality that defines Kentucky Owl.

Made from a blend of carefully selected Kentucky straight bourbons aged 4 to 8 years, it is bottled at 45.4% ABV. The Wiseman is designed to be versatile—equally enjoyable neat, on the rocks, or in elevated bourbon cocktails—making it one of the most approachable yet premium bourbons on the market.

Tasting Notes

NOSE: The first thing you discover is a sweet caramel aroma, followed by a warming allspice lift, a sprinkling of citrus and a hint of oak.

PALATE: It offers caramel and allspice which together present an excellent flavour as the mildly silky liquid crosses the tongue.

FINISH: The allspice remains for a longer caramel finish.
