Red Spot 15 Year Old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey
Regular price
$279.00
Red Spot is a spectacular revival of a historic Irish whiskey tradition, brought back to life by Irish Distillers at the Midleton Distillery in County Cork. Originally crafted in the early 20th century for Dublin’s Mitchell & Son wine merchants, Red Spot is aged for a minimum of 15 years in a complex combination of bourbon, sherry, and Marsala wine casks.
This luxurious triple-cask maturation creates a whiskey bursting with richness and complexity. On the nose, Red Spot delivers enticing aromas of ripe red apples, sweet spices, toasted oak, and hints of tropical fruits. The palate is silky and layered, offering notes of spiced orchard fruits, vanilla, sweet Marsala wine, and warm pot still spice. The finish is long, sophisticated, and gently warming.
What makes Red Spot so exceptional is the way it balances vibrant fruitiness, cask-driven richness, and traditional Irish pot still character. It stands proudly as one of the finest examples of long-aged pot still whiskey, marrying heritage and innovation beautifully. Awarded multiple Gold Medals and hailed internationally, Red Spot offers a premium experience that reflects the very heart of Ireland’s whiskey renaissance.

- Gold Medal – San Francisco World Spirits Competition
