Distilled on the 1,100-acre Star Hill Farm estate in Loretto, Kentucky, this whisky is more than a new expression — it’s a statement of innovation, sustainability, and terroir-driven craftsmanship.
Grain-to-Glass Philosophy: This whisky is the result of Maker’s commitment to regenerative agriculture. The mashbill eliminates corn entirely, blending two wheat-forward recipes: one of 70% soft red winter wheat / 30% malted barley, and another of 100% malted wheat. It’s matured in charred American oak and bottled at 114.7 proof (57.35% ABV), cask strength and non-chill filtered.
Awards & Certification: Star Hill Farm Whisky is the first spirit to carry the Estate Whiskey Certification, granted by the Estate Whiskey Alliance and the University of Kentucky a guarantee of estate-sourced grain and transparency.
