TASTING NOTES

Nose: Big, punchy Barrel influence with a molasses . Leather. Traces of vanilla with heaps of leather and oak. Black pepper, anise and allspice and lemon tingle brightly in the nose.

Palate: With notes of strawberry cereal, cherry and vanilla yogurt. Heavy malt and classic bourbon fruit with orange peel and cinnamon laced cherry.

Finish: Long with custard, vanilla and oak
