Casa Dragones Blanco is a 100% Blue Weber agave tequila made in small batches from agave grown in the Jalisco highlands. It’s distilled through a column process and bottled unaged, so it’s clean, crisp and easy to sip.

Distillery Information

Casa Dragones was co-founded by Bertha González Nieves, the first woman certified as a Maestra Tequilera by the Tequila Academy. She spent a decade at Jose Cuervo before starting the brand.

The Blanco was the brand’s second release, after the original Casa Dragones Joven. It’s been produced under NOM 1489, but production details can change over time, so it’s worth checking the NOM on your bottle.

How to enjoy

Best neat or over a big ice cube, where the grapefruit and spice really open up. If you want a cocktail, keep it simple. A Ranch Water or a Tommy’s Margarita lets the tequila do the talking.
