Made entirely in-house by Bardstown Bourbon Company, this wheated expression meets the strict criteria of the Bottled-in-Bond Act: distilled in one season, at one distillery, aged at least four years, and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV).
Crafted from a mash bill of 68% corn, 20% wheat, and 12% malted barley, it showcases the soft, rounded texture that wheat imparts. Aged for six years, this bourbon delivers a refined and mellow sweetness. On the nose, expect rich caramel, baked bread, and toasted oak. The palate is smooth and expressive, with flavours of honey-drizzled cornbread, vanilla cream, dried apricot, and a hint of nutmeg. The finish is long, warm, and gently spiced—perfectly balanced without astringency.
