Distillery Information

Código 1530 is produced at NOM 1616 in the Los Altos region of Jalisco. The name comes from the “código” (code) of private, additive-free tequila that was traditionally kept back for family and friends, not sold commercially.

The brand was launched in 2013 by a group of mates who wanted to share that style of tequila with a wider audience. The focus is simple: clean production, no shortcuts, no additives.
