Reposado tequila is where a lot of drinkers find their home. It keeps the bright, fresh agave character of a Blanco, then adds a layer of smoothness from time in oak. Not so long that it tastes to smooth - just long enough to round out the edges and add real complexity.
Reposado means "rested" in Spanish. By law, it's aged between 2 and 12 months in oak barrels. The result is a spirit that's easy to sip neat, works beautifully in cocktails, and rewards anyone who takes the time to explore it.
