Made at Hacienda Patrón in Atotonilco el Alto, Jalisco (NOM 1492), using Patrón Silver as the base spirit. The Silver is produced using the same small-batch process the range is known for: brick hornos, tahona extraction, and small copper pot stills. That foundation gives XO Café a tequila character that most coffee liqueurs simply don't have.
