Los Azulejos Skelly Añejo is a 100% Blue Weber agave tequila from Jalisco, aged for 18 months in American oak.

Cooked agave, vanilla and caramel up front, with a bit of pepper and spice to keep it interesting. Sweet, smooth and easy to sip, with a peppery kick on the way out.

Then there's the bottle. Mexican artisans hand-painted it as a nod to Día de los Muertos. Pull the head off and pour from the neck. Hard to find a better conversation starter for the bar cart.

A year and a half in oak brings out the vanilla, caramel and sweetness, while the agave still comes through underneath.
