1792 Single Barrel is the bigger, more characterful brother of the standard 1792 Small Batch. Every bottle is drawn from a single, hand-selected barrel, which means no blending and no smoothing things over. What's in the barrel is what ends up in your glass.  The result is a bigger flavour and a bit more individual character in every bottle.

Bottled at 98.6 proof with the same high-rye mash bill the 1792 range is known for, it brings deep caramel, vanilla, and oak with a proper kick of rye spice. A solid step up for anyone moving past the usual shelf bottles and after a bourbon with real backbone.

    Palate: Deep caramel and vanilla up front, followed by a solid kick of rye spice, oak, and a touch of pepper. The higher proof gives it real weight without overdoing it.
