Made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco, it's clean, crisp, and built to show off good agave rather than dress it up. A solid all rounder, whether you're sipping it neat or using it as the base for a proper margarita.

Distillery Information

DeLeon is produced at Destilería Morales (NOM 1519) in Arandas, in the Los Altos Highlands of Jalisco. The red clay soil and elevation out there push more sugar into the agave, which is part of why Highland tequilas tend to run sweeter and rounder than their Valley counterparts.

The agave used for DeLeon is harvested at 6 to 8 years old, roasted in traditional brick ovens, and double distilled in small batches. The distiller cuts the heads and tails and keeps only the corazón, the heart of the run, for a cleaner final spirit.
