Made at Tequilena (NOM 1146) by master distiller Enrique Fonseca, the same man behind Don Fulano and the ArteNOM series, using 100% estate-grown highland agave, then rested 4 to 6 months in uncharred American white oak. Additive-free from start to finish.

Distillery Information

Cimarron is produced at Tequilena (NOM 1146) in Jalisco by Enrique Fonseca, one of Mexico's most respected master distillers. Fonseca runs the same distillery that produces Don Fulano and the ArteNOM 1146 expressions. The agave is 100% estate-grown in the highlands at around 1,400 metres elevation.

The production is a careful blend of column and copper pot still distillation — roughly 90% column, 10% pot — which gives the tequila structure without sacrificing agave character. No additives. Honest tequila at an honest price.

How to enjoy

Excellent neat or over ice. A brilliant base for a margarita or paloma where you want real agave character without spending a fortune. One of the better-value bottles to keep on hand for any occasion.
