Palate: Clea. Rich cooked agave, vanilla, light caramel, and citrus. Sweet agave up front, then vanilla, oak, gentle spice, and a smooth, round mouthfeel. Well-balanced throughout.

Finish: Clean and medium-length. Soft oak and a touch of pepper linger at the end. Nothing out of place.

Terralta is produced at Destileria El Pandillo (NOM 1579) in Jesus Maria, Los Altos, Jalisco, the same distillery behind G4 Tequila and ArteNOM Seleccion de 1579. Felipe Camarena runs the operation, and it is consistently ranked among the world's highest-rated tequila distilleries.

The distillery draws from a 150-metre deep mineral well, uses natural ambient yeast fermentation, and operates with zero additives. Everything here is done with the agave in mind.
