The Distillery
Crafted at Don Fulano (NOM 1146), the distillery is owned and operated by the Fonzo family, one of Mexico’s most respected multi-generation agave-growing families. Founded in 2002, Don Fulano is widely regarded for its estate-grown agave, traditional brick-oven cooking, and complete additive-free philosophy.
Located in Los Altos, the distillery produces tequilas known for their natural sweetness, floral aromatics, and refined minerality.
