Distillery Information

Arette is produced at El Llano Distillery (NOM 1109) in the town of Tequila, Jalisco, by brothers Eduardo and Jaime Orendain. Founded in 1900, El Llano is the oldest family-owned tequila distillery still in operation, now run by the fifth generation.

For Gran Clase, the agave is hand-selected in the field specifically for this expression, then fermented naturally in traditional stone tanks before four years in wood. Small batch, done properly.
