- Distillery: El Pandillo (named after Felipe's grandfather's favourite bull)

- Distillery built: 2007 to 2011
- Master Distiller: Felipe Camarena (fourth generation); sons Luis Felipe and Alan Camarena (fifth generation)
- Family legacy: Also producers of Tapatio and El Tesoro at La Altena Distillery; the family has been making tequila since the 1930s
- Location: Jesus Maria, Jalisco, Mexico (Los Altos highlands)
- Agave: 100% estate-grown Agave tequilana Weber var. azul; Los Altos highlands
- Agave preparation: Central core removed before cooking to reduce bitterness
- Cooking: Purpose-built stone ovens, 22 hours
- Extraction: Custom low-RPM metal tahona ("Felipestein"), built by Felipe Camarena
- Water: 50/50 blend of harvested rainwater and natural spring water
- Distillation: Double-distilled in copper pot stills
- Additives: None
- Sustainability: Spent agave composted and returned to fields as fertiliser
